All deliveries are made using DPD courier service (except for Rest of World). For your convenience a text or email will be sent to confirm delivery time.
FREE UK Mainland Delivery: A Free Next Day delivery service is available for orders (up to 15kg) placed before 2PM. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, except Bank Holidays.

European Union Delivery
2 to 12 working days delivery service is available up to 30kg. Weight based shipping charges apply to orders over 30kg. Some European countries are excluded, simply enter your delivery location into the shopping basket 'shipping quote' for available delivery charges to your location.

DESPATCH OF GOODS AND DELIVERY
We shall despatch your Goods by courier (for Export see Clause 6 in Terms and conditions). Goods are normally despatched on day of receipt of order, Monday to Friday.
Specialist carrier delivery normally ensures next day UK delivery of the Goods excluding Bank Holidays if the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders shipped overseas will take longer.
Ordered The Wrong Part?
We like to keep thins simple! Call us upon receipt, we will issue a returns code, then return the item, unused and in the original packaging. Once received we will either replace with the correct item or refund in full. Applicable to UK Mainland only.
Cancelling An Order
Please contact us as soon as possible, we will cancel the order on our system and arrange a full refund if the order has not been shipped. If you have taken delivery, please call us will will issue an RMA number. Return the item and once received in a re-saleable condition, we will issue a full refund. Cancellations cannot be made outside 30 days.
Inside 12 month Warranty period: Please contact us, we will issue an RMA number and arrange for the item to be collected at our cost within 30 days of purchase (applicable to UK Mainland only). We will repair or replace the item or issue a full refund. Any signs of abuse or misuse will invalidate the Warranty. Outside Warranty: Please contact us, we will issue an RMA number, then return the item, we will inspect and contact you to advise course of action and any repair charges for authorisation before we proceed. If no fault is detected the cost of return will be at the customers expense.
Should your product arrive damaged please contact us immediately and we will arrange collection and a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible.
The charges for our delivery:
EV Connectors offer a varity of delivery charges, depending on the service you require and location. Simply enter your delivery location into the shopping basket 'shipping quote' for available delivery charges to your location. Free delivery is available to UK Mainland locations.
Saturday deliveries can be arranged on request.
Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless special Next Day delivery before 10:30AM is requested and paid for.
We shall be under no liability whatsoever for any delay in delivery or a failure to deliver or the consequence resulting from such delay or failure that is caused by an event outside our control in accordance with Clause 14.5 or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods. We will let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new delivery date with you.
If you fail to take delivery of your order on the agreed date, then we will store the Goods until delivery takes place and may charge you a reasonable sum to cover any redelivery expenses incurred by us.
In the rare event that we are prevented or fail to deliver the Goods, our liability (and your sole and exclusive remedy) for such non-delivery will be limited to us replacing the Goods within a reasonable time or refunding the price paid by you in respect of such Goods.
Notwithstanding Clause 7.1 (see Terms and conditions), it is your responsibility to check that the Goods delivered are in full working order before they are included in any other product or part or are sold onto a third party. We make no Warranty or representation that the Goods are made for any particular purpose and are under no liability whatsoever if the Goods purchased by you do not fit the purposes for which you purchased them for.
Each delivery of the Goods shall be accompanied by a delivery note detailing the order specification.
