Ordered The Wrong Part?
Not a problem. Simply call us upon receipt, we will give you a returns code and once we receive the goods – unused and in their original packaging – we will either replace with the correct item or refund in full. A fright charge will apply
No returns will be accepted outside 14 days of receipt or if used.
Cancelling An Order
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel the order from our system and arrange a full refund. If the item has been despatched, please do not accept delivery and the goods will be returned to our office. Return freight charges will apply.
If you have already taken delivery, please call our office, we will supply an RMA returns number and once received back and inspected, we will issue a full refund, less freight charges. Cancellations cannot be made outside 14 days.
Manufacturer Warranty Period Subject to your product being handled with care:
Plug to Plug cables, tethered leads, sockets, inlets and plugs
These products are covered by a 2 year warranty. If a fault develops inside this period, please contact our office, we will issue an RMA number and within 30 days of purchase and within UK Mainland only, arrange for the product to be collected, at our cost. We will repair or replace your item at our discretion providing there is no evidence of misuse.
Charge cables with IP44 rating should be protected against water, damp and dust : Protection against splashed water only: Store charging cables in a dry, clean place: Never use contacts that are dirty or damp: Do not drive over your cable: Do not drop charging plugs. Any signs of rust or erosion will invalidate the warranty. Removal of dust caps will invalidate warranty. Plug to plug cables should not be left permanently connected to a charge unit.
2 year warranty, full terms and conditions are supplied by the manufacturer with the product.
Wall Charge Unit
12 months warranty on parts and labour with further 12 months for parts
EVSE Portable chargers
12 months warranty for unit, 2 years for plugs and cable
Exercise of the warranty shall not extend the warranty period or trigger a new warranty.
Outside warranty; Please contact our office, we will issue an RMA number and once the item is received and inspected we will contact you with the cost of repair for your authorisation. Any signs of abuse or misuse will result in the warranty being invalidated.
Should your product arrive damaged please contact us immediately, we will arrange collection, UK Mainland only, and a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible.
