Ordered The Wrong Part?
Not a problem. Simply call us upon receipt, we will give you a returns code and once we have the goods – unused and in their original packaging – we will either replace with the correct item or refund in full.
No returns can be accepted outside 30 days of receipt or if used.
Cancelling An Order
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel the order from our system and arrange a full refund. If the item has been despatched, please do not accept delivery and the goods will be returned to our office
If you have already taken delivery, please call our office, we will supply an RMA number and once received back and inspected, we will issue a full refund. Cancellations cannot be made outside 30 days.
Subject to your product being handled with care:
Charge cables should be protected against water and damp. IP54 rating: Protection agaianst splashed water only: Store charging cables in a dry, clean place: Never use contacts that are dirty or damp: Do not drive over your cable: Do not drop charging plugs.
Your cable is covered by a 12 month warranty. If a fault develops inside the 12 month warranty period: Please contact our office, we will issue an RMA number and arrange for the product to be collected, at our cost. We will repair or replace your item.
Outside warranty; Please contact our office, we will issue an RMA number and once the item is received we will inspect and contact you with the cost of repair for your authorisation. Any signs of abuse or misuse will result the warranty being invalidated.
Should your product arrive damaged please contact us immediately, we will arrange collection and a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible.
