Customer login Guest order returnsNot a problem! Follow the details 1-4 to return your cable to us. Please note, no returns will be accepted outside 14 days of receipt or if used.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel the order from our system and arrange a full refund. If the item has been dispatched, please do not accept delivery and the goods will be returned to our office. Return freight charges will apply. If you have already taken delivery, follow step 1-4 to return your cable to us. Please note, cancellations cannot be made outside 14 days.

Select your order to be returned.
Select ‘Create a return’ and fill in the form.
