EV Connectors offer a variety of delivery charges, depending on the service you require and location. Simply enter your delivery location into the shopping basket 'shipping quote' for available delivery charges to your location. Each delivery of the Goods shall be accompanied by a delivery note detailing the order specification and our Warranty & Product Care Details.
How our Deliveries Work
All of the items ordered will be packaged buy our warehouse team ready for dispatch
Once everything has been doubled checked we arrange a courier

As soon as your package has been collected we will let you know it is on its way
Our delivery partners will deliver your items direct to your door
Simply enter your postcode and location into ‘shipping quote’ at check out basket on our website for shipping quote.
EU & ROW deliveries will need to pay local taxes and duty before the courier will release the goods for delivery.
Scottish Highlands and Islands, up to 5kg – post code dependent – 2 to 4 days.
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles up to 5kg 2 days.
Northern Ireland up to 5kg 2 days.
European Union Delivery – 2 to 12 working days delivery service is available up to 20kg. Weight based shipping charges apply to orders over 20kg. Some European countries are excluded, simply enter your delivery location into the shopping basket ‘shipping quote’ for available delivery charges to your location.
Rest Of Europe: (Courier service) 2 to 5 days. Use shipping quote function for pricing.
Rest Of World – (Courier service) Deliveries between 5 to 12 working days. Simply enter your delivery location into the shopping basket ‘shipping quote’ for available delivery charges.
We shall dispatch your Goods by courier (for Export see Clause 6 in Terms and conditions). Goods are normally dispatched on day of receipt of order, Monday to Friday. We will contact you at the time of placing the order if we are out of stock with an estimated delivery time or alternative product.
Should your product arrive damaged please contact us immediately and we will arrange collection, UK Mainland only, and a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible.
We shall be under no liability whatsoever for any delay in delivery or a failure to deliver or the consequence resulting from such delay or failure that is caused by an event outside our control under Clause 14.5 or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.
We will let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new delivery date with you.
If you fail to take delivery of your order on the agreed date, we will store the Goods until delivery takes place and will charge you a reasonable sum to cover any re-delivery expenses incurred by us.
In the rare event that we are prevented or fail to deliver the Goods, our liability (and your sole and exclusive remedy) for such non-delivery will be limited to us replacing the Goods within a reasonable time or refunding the price paid by you in respect of such Goods.
Notwithstanding Clause 7.1 (see Terms and conditions), it is your responsibility to check that the Goods delivered are in full working order before they are included in any other product or part or are sold onto a third party. We make no Warranty or representation that the Goods are made for any particular purpose and are under no liability whatsoever if the Goods purchased by you do not fit the purposes for which you purchased them for.
